RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed subject to availability and the applicable payment conditions displayed at the time of booking.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the reservation details before completing their booking.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the rate and booking terms selected.

The cancellation deadline and any applicable cancellation fee will be clearly stated during the reservation process and in the reservation confirmation.

Where a reservation is identified as non-refundable, the amount paid may not be refundable in the event of cancellation.

3. No-Show

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not contacted the Hotel, the reservation will be treated as a no-show.

Any applicable no-show charge will be determined according to the rate and booking conditions accepted at the time of reservation.

4. Early Departure

Leaving the Hotel before the scheduled departure date does not automatically entitle the guest to a refund.

Any refund will depend on the applicable rate and cancellation conditions.

5. Changes to Reservations

Requests to change dates, room type, number of guests or other reservation details are subject to availability and may result in a change in price.

6. Special Rates and Offers

Special offers, promotional rates and long-stay rates may have different cancellation and payment conditions.

The conditions applicable to each offer will be displayed during the booking process.

7. Hotel Cancellation

In exceptional circumstances where the Hotel is unable to accommodate a confirmed reservation, we will contact the guest as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, offer an alternative arrangement or refund in accordance with applicable law.
