These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Atelier Balo Des Arts website and to reservations made directly with the Hotel.

1. Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the Hotel or its authorized reservation system provides confirmation.

The guest is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation.

2. Rates and Payments

All rates displayed on our website are subject to availability and may vary depending on dates, room type, occupancy and applicable offers.

The applicable price, taxes and payment terms will be displayed during the reservation process.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are:

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 12:00

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the Hotel, its facilities, staff, artwork, furnishings and other guests.

Any damage caused to Hotel property may result in charges necessary to repair or replace the damaged property.

5. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas of the Hotel unless specifically designated otherwise.

6. Pets

Pets are permitted only where specifically confirmed by the Hotel in advance.

7. Photography and Artwork

Atelier Balo Des Arts incorporates an art-focused concept and may display artworks and decorative objects throughout the property.

Guests are expected to treat all artworks and property with care.

8. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, photographs, descriptions, availability and other information may occasionally change.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to guests.
